Schema written (CLAUDE.md). Eight parallel Opus agents, one per disjoint source partition (zoo construction; geometry and factors; behaviour; activation space; pre-zoo history and infrastructure; literature with web lookup; conversation transcripts; per-trait generator). Each left a _report.md in its directory. Maintainer wrote the overview pages, tools/build_site.py, tools/lint.py, the Caddy route at https://wiki.161-35-77-84.sslip.io (basic auth) and the rebuild timer.

Merge agent wrote Superseded claims, Source contradictions, Open questions and pages/overview/_report_merge.md; seventeen carried-over numbers re-verified against their files, all matched. Hub pages Trait provenance and Zoo training recipe written; slug mismatches fixed (persona-vectors-paper, zoo-constitutions, qwen35-thinking-trap); costs page provenance for the $2,240.52 figure corrected to the meter log. Lint: 0 duplicate slugs, 0 frontmatter problems, 0 broken wikilinks.

zoo-fixkeys rewrote 149 exact personas on the volume (single prefix). PEFT load test: doubled-prefix adapter is inert (logit change 0.0). Blog builder: rejected-side sentence, scree gap now read from scree_null_matched.json (0.10), Hugging Face sentence corrected (preference pairs not published), full-OCT paragraph narrowed to arrangement-level results, stage-one vs stage-two over all 134 (0.75) added. Both constructors fixed at source. Hub copies of persona_exact/ still defective pending Samuel's decision.

Samuel asked what the structure of the stage-two adapter space is. analyse_fa_qwen35.py and decompose.py run on results/gram_stage2.npz; analyse_stage2_structure.py -> analysis/stage2_structure.json.
